Strength

HI, how are you all? I'm purrin,

Does anyone know what the idea of strengthening yourself is in the first hexagram (heaven)? I find that the hardest one, I understand some of it. What do they mean 'strength'? Doing push-ups and stuff? Seems to occur to me. And then I don't do it...that's another story. It's also that my x and his parents always used to say to me that you should be strong blah blah. I don't understand it properly. Confucius says you should strengthen yourself - ceaselessly. What does that mean please?

Strenghtening is not a general purpose. It depends on the question you ask oracle. So you must phrase a question related to something important for, let's say some business you intend to do, and explain the oracle's answer in relation to it.
